By Invitation • 15–20 Decision-Makers Per City
This spring, we're convening four regional roundtables as part of the national study. Each half-day session brings together a curated group of employers, HR leaders, clinicians, policymakers, and advocates for a facilitated working conversation. What's said in these rooms will directly shape the study's policy brief and employer recommendations.
Space is limited. If you or someone in your organization should be in one of these rooms, let us know.
Save Me a SeatEveryone with a stake in this issue — U.S. workers of all genders, HR and benefits decision-makers, people managers, senior leaders, policy and health care stakeholders, and anyone navigating the menopausal transition at work. This study is designed to hear from all sides, not just people experiencing menopause.
Approximately 12 minutes. All responses are confidential and reported in aggregate.
April 16, 2026.
This is a partnership between the Society for Women's Health Research (SWHR) and The Fuchsia Tent. The study includes a 1,500+ person national survey and four regional roundtables to produce the evidence that employers, policymakers, and health care leaders need to take action.
Results will be published in a co-branded report and policy brief in late summer 2026. The findings will inform employer recommendations, policy advocacy, and a benchmarking framework for workplace menopause support.
Each roundtable is a half-day facilitated working conversation with 15–20 decision-makers. Participants include employers, HR leaders, clinicians, policymakers, and advocates. The sessions are designed to surface why organizations act or don't act on menopause support — the context that a survey alone can't capture. Everything discussed is confidential and de-identified in all publications.
Express your interest using the form above. Space is limited and participation is by invitation, but we welcome nominations — if someone in your organization should be in the room, let us know.
