When will findings be released?

Who is behind this research?
The study is a partnership between the Society for Women's Health Research (SWHR) and The Fuchsia Tent. Kacy Fleming (Founder and CEO, The Fuchsia Tent) and Syreen Goulmamine (Programs Manager, SWHR) serve as Co-Principal Investigators. The study protocol was reviewed and approved by Pearl IRB (#2026-0131-DFT).
What will the findings be used for?
Findings will inform a co-branded report, rigorous scientific and trade publications, and practice-ready recommendations for HR, benefits, and leadership teams. The goal is to move workplace menopause support from echo chamber to mainstream practice.
What happened at the roundtables?
Four half-day sessions in Boston, Houston, Chicago, and Los Angeles convened curated groups of employers, HR leaders, clinicians, policymakers, and advocates for facilitated working conversations. Discussions were conducted under confidentiality protections to allow participant candor. What was said in these rooms is directly shaping the policy brief and employer recommendations.
